We are looking for Care Assistants who are flexible and reliable to help us provide the highest level of outstanding care for our clients.

What we require from you:

We cover a range of areas across Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett, Wroughton, Cricklade, Highworth Purton and all villages in between so you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own car. 

Pay and benefits:

• Excellent Care Assistant training programme
• Regular support, training and supervision
• Excellent pay rates up to £14.65 per hour and double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day

• 40p a mile mileage payment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care
• Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment
• Administer or prompt medication as per care plans
• Support with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Maintain clear, accurate records of care provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
