Shift patterns: 7:00–11:00 | 7:00–13:00 | 7:00–15:00
Right at Home Swindon is a high-quality home care provider supporting vulnerable adults across the local Swindon community. We help people live fulfilling, independent lives in the comfort of their own homes and we are now looking for Female Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team for morning shifts.
You do not need previous care experience to apply. If you are kind, reliable and enjoy helping others, you already have the core skills needed to succeed. We provide full, paid training and ongoing support so you feel confident from day one.
What you will receive
Premium hourly rate of £14.65 per hour, plus 40p per mile
Level on-Demand Pay – access your earnings as you earn them
Time and a half on bank holidays
Double pay for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
Guaranteed hours contract after successful completion of probation

What you need
A full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence
Access to your own vehicle
Business Class 1 insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
The right to work in the UK
To be 18 years or older
Availability to work morning shifts
We can currently only consider female applicants due to the personal care needs of our clients
Areas we cover
Swindon, Wootton Bassett, Wroughton, Cricklade, Highworth and Purton.
What you will be doing
Supporting and motivating clients to get the most out of their day
Assisting with personal care
Administering or prompting medication
Supporting with washing and dressing
Meal preparation
Shopping and light housekeeping
Accompanying clients to appointments or outings
Experience welcome, but not essential
If you have experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or within the NHS, we would love to hear from you.
If you are new to care, we also welcome applicants from backgrounds such as retail, customer service, hair and beauty, administration, cleaning, warehouse or delivery roles. With the right support and training, this could be the start of a rewarding new career.
