What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Assistant, you'll support clients with a range of daily tasks, including:

Personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting
Medication support and reminders
Preparing meals and drinks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Light housekeeping duties
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Helping clients attend appointments or social activities
Promoting independence and wellbeing

Full Training Provided

No previous care experience? No problem.

Our comprehensive induction includes:

Classroom-based training
Medication administration
Moving and handling
Basic life support
Shadowing experienced carers
Ongoing e-learning and refresher training

We'll ensure you feel confident and supported from day one.
